FIRE & RESCUE

Welcome to the Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department!  Thank you for your interest in our Department.  Our home page provides information about the department, equipment and staff which I hope you take the time to review.  As you navigate these pages, you will learn more about our department, ways to support the department and how to become involved.  Thank you for virtually visiting us.

The Fire Department has been providing fire protection for the residents of Madison Township and parts of Washington Township in Clinton County since the 1930’s.  Many changes have occurred in that time including a move into a brand new 6 bay fire station in 2005 and the anticipated delivery of a new pumper in late 2008.  One thing stands constant over all these years and that is the dedication of those volunteers who leave their families for someone else’s emergency, attend the many hours of mandatory training and are always willing to help someone in need.

This dedication is not exclusive to our department but to every volunteer through out the United States.  We hope that you will take a moment and thank those individuals who give so freely of their time.
